This week is National Volunteers week. Magpies Junior Football club has a fabulous volunteer community and we want to say a THANKYOU for all that you do.
Just in our official positions alone we have:
. 9 committee members (and we always need more)
. 18 coaches
. 12 coaching assistants
. 14 managers
Amongst our 14 registered teams we have atleast another 3 community members helping each game including runner, boundary, goal umpire.
And these are just our recognised roles…. doesn’t even include these kind people who put the big oval pads up this morning.
So this weekend give a high five, a fist pump or just a thankyou to one of our volunteers… we don’t exist without them!
